Jeremy Konkle talks about Tipmont REMC. He explains how the current electrical utility infrastructure is set up. He explains that the model for electric infrastructure is changing with EVs and higher demands for energy. He talks about three ā€œCā€™sā€. Capacity which relates to the demand and amount of energy that can be provided. Customer convenience is the second key point he discusses which covers the need of utility companies to be flexible for the consumer. He also mentions how the grid may need to be upgraded for 24/7 use. He also highlights the cost of electricity and the different components that go into that.
