Capacity which relates to the demand and amount of energy that can be provided. Customer convenience is the second key point he discusses which covers the need of utility companies to be flexible for the consumer. He also mentions how the grid may need to be upgraded for 24/7 use. He also highlights the cost of electricity and the different components that go into that.
