Basic Statistical Process Control in Excel

Statistical process control (SPC) involves using statistics - numbers and data - to measure and control the quality of a process. In this workshop, which includes numerous hands-on activities, you'll learn how to use Excel to perform basic SPC calculations and create histograms, run charts, control charts, and Pareto charts.
