Organizations use corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes to efficiently and effectively solve problems and prevent them from recurring. In this workshop, you’ll learn about corrective and preventive actions and a systematic method for resolving problems within a manufacturing environment.


Course Objectives:

  • Understand and Define “CAPA” and describe the purpose of a CAPA program,Explain the difference between corrective action and preventive action,Explain how to write a problem statement and problem description,Interpret data tools, including control charts and Pareto charts.
